"Regarding Floor Plan Submission
Please submit a floor plan showing the internet connection point at least two weeks prior to the setup day. [Submission email: intex_i@sakurain.co.jp]
We recommend placing the connection point near the utility pit (floor hatch). While it is possible to place it farther away, the risk of disconnection during the event increases. Please be aware that restoring connection will incur additional costs.
Regarding SSID and Passwords
When applying for the Cloud Wi-Fi Setup Plan, please provide your desired SSID and password. If not specified by two weeks in advance, we will set them at our discretion. Please note that the SSID should be in alphanumeric characters with no character limit, and the password should be 8 to 15 alphanumeric characters.
Regarding Technical Staff Service
Please indicate the hours the technical staff will be required (event hours) in the inquiry section.
1-day service: Normally from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but you may specify an 8-hour period between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (including a 1-hour break).
Short service: Available for a minimum of 4 hours.
Important Notes
1. Intex Osaka's fiber-optic internet service uses the building's shared LAN and includes installation fees, provider contract, router, and application fees. If a global IP address is not required, this stable connection is recommended. For security, we will separate the networks of exhibitors and implement traffic control. However, please be aware that viruses can spread just by connecting to the network. We recommend that the user takes precautions against unauthorized access and computer viruses.
2. Applications should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the installation date (standard fee). If the application is made between 13 to 7 days before the installation date, there will be a 20% surcharge; 6 to 2 days before, 50%; and 1 day to installation day, a 75% surcharge.
3. The Dedicated Fiber-Optic Internet Service is provided by NTT West Japan. Please apply when you require a global IP address. This service includes installation fees, provider contract, router, application fees, and global IP address. Applications should be made at least two months in advance due to arrangement schedules. Late applications may not be accepted.
4. This service includes one UTP cable (RJ-45) up to 1 unit. We provide one HUB (8-port) free of charge upon request. If you require wiring work such as for booth connections, please provide a diagram or details. A separate estimate will be made.
5. This service is provided on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee speed or quality. We are not responsible for any speed or quality issues caused by the service provider.
6. For other services, please use the individual application forms for each service.
7. LAN cables, HUBs, etc., for wiring within the booth are to be arranged by the customer. (Please request separately if needed.)
8. The application date will be considered the date of payment.
9. Free maintenance is available on setup days and weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please contact the provided phone number.
*If the office is closed, support will be provided via phone. Thank you for your understanding.
10. If specialized maintenance staff are required outside of free maintenance hours, including weekends and holidays, please apply for this option. We may not be able to accommodate urgent after-hours requests, so we recommend applying for the technical staff service.
11. For specialized maintenance outside setup hours, if the issue is due to factors outside our construction scope, we will charge a travel fee. For urgent responses, staff may not be available, so we recommend applying for the technical staff service.
