To ensure a fairer and smoother transaction environment,
we will be revising the Operational Rules for Negotiation Rights as outlined below.
【Details of the Change】
1. Introduction of a Rank-Based System According to Bid Amounts
The previous simultaneous negotiation method will be replaced by a new process
in which negotiation rights are granted and transferred in order of the highest bid amounts.
Conditions for Transfer of Negotiation Rights:
(a) When the negotiation with the current rights holder ends with mutual agreement
(either a confirmed non-agreement or a voluntary withdrawal),
the rights will be transferred to the next highest bidder.
(b) If, after the notice of negotiation rights, the current rights holder cannot be contacted
within a specified time, the rights will also transfer to the next highest bidder.
_In the case of identical bid amounts, priority will be given to the bid submitted earlier,
in accordance with the service policy._
2. Strict Adherence to Bid Deadlines
To maintain fairness, only bids submitted within the bidding deadline will be considered valid.
Any bids or modifications made after the deadline will not be accepted.
