If a child using the "Omutsun" service will no longer be attending a childcare facility (or an equivalent institution) for a period of one month or longer, you must complete the cancellation process.

- The deadline for submitting a cancellation request is the 25th of the month in which you wish to end the service. (Example: If you wish to cancel effective at the end of April, please complete the cancellation process by April 25th.)
