The application deadline is the 25th of the month before the month in which you wish to start using the service.
If you apply by the deadline, you can begin using the service the following month.
Example:
Apply by April 25th ⇒ Start on May 1st
Apply on April 26th ⇒ Start on June 1st

Please note that if you miss the deadline or forget to apply, your service will begin the month after next.
