日程の変更をご希望される場合は、一度ご宿泊予約をキャンセルいただきご希望の日程を再度ご予約ください。
すでにキャンセル期限が迫っている予約の場合、キャンセル料を頂戴する場合がございます。
AirbnbやBooking.com経由でご予約された場合、インターネット上での変更が可能です。メッセージ等でご希望の日程をご相談ください。

公式サイトよりご予約されたお客様に関して、予約確認メールに記載されているURLよりキャンセルが可能です。
キャンセルポリシーは、時期によって変更する場合がございますので予約確認メールに記載のキャンセルポリシーをご参考ください。
AirbnbやBooking.com経由でご予約された場合、各マイページよりご予約のキャンセルの処理をお願いいたします。

Reservation changes
Guests who have made reservations through the official website will not be able to change their reservations online.
If you wish to change the dates of your reservation, please cancel your reservation and re-book the dates you wish to stay.
If the cancellation deadline has already passed, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
If you have booked through Airbnb or Booking.com, you can make changes online. Please contact us by message or other means to discuss your preferred dates.

Customers who have made reservations through the official website can cancel their reservations by clicking on the URL provided in the reservation confirmation e-mail.
The cancellation policy is subject to change depending on the time of the year, so please refer to the cancellation policy in the reservation confirmation email.
