What are the strengths of the subsidiary in Vietnam?

Our Vietnamese subsidiary refines zirconium ore and produces zirconium oxychloride, an intermediate material. While zirconium ore is found in various countries, including Australia, the refining process is concentrated in China. Many zirconium manufacturers rely on intermediates refined in China, whereas we have established a system that enables us to secure a stable supply of intermediates from Vietnam as well. The diversification and stability of our supply sources are regarded as a key competitive advantage, particularly in an environment of increasing geopolitical risks.
