What is the accounting period of the Vietnamese subsidiary?

Overseas subsidiaries, including our subsidiary in Vietnam, operate on a fiscal year from January through December. As a result, when preparing consolidated financial statements, the parent company uses the subsidiaries' financial information for the period ending three months prior to the parent company's reporting date.
