If a video will not play, please try the following steps:
・Restart the FamBam App: Please fully close the App first, and then open it again.
・Update the FamBam App: Please go to the App Store or Google Play Store to update it.
・Update your device's OS: Please check if your device's operating system (OS) is the latest version and update it.
・Reinstall the App: Please uninstall (delete) the App first, and then reinstall it.
