Document confirmation and agreement method

We will guide you through the steps to conclude a contract when you receive a contract conclusion request notification from Great Sign.

The contract partner (recipient) will receive an email notification from Great Sign.
You will receive an email from info@greatsign.com.
By accessing the URL in the email and entering the password, the recipient can review the documents and easily agree to the contract.

There is no need to register with Great Sign.

The recipient will receive two notification emails: one containing the document confirmation URL and another containing the password.

①Copy the access code from the access code email

Copy all alphanumeric characters and symbols shown in orange in the email.

②Click "Click here to access and sign the document" in the Document Confirmation Notice email

Review the contents of the email and click the link to access and sign the document.

Please refrain from forwarding these emails.

③Enter the access code. Click "Proceed" after agreeing to the terms of use

④Select the document

⑤Fill in the input form and click “Sign”

Some documents may not require any input.

Please review the contract carefully.
If you find any issues or missing information, please contact the sender directly.

You will receive a separate email once the contract is completed.
Please download and save the contract data from that email.
