We will guide you through the steps to download your contract data after you receive a confirmation email from Great Sign, following your agreement and signature.
Great Sign will notify you by email.
You will receive an email from info@greatsign.com.
By accessing the URL in the email and entering the password, the recipient can review the documents and download the finalized contract data.
There is no time limit for downloading.
As long as you can access your email, you may download the data as many times as needed.
Recipients will receive two notification emails:
one containing the completed document confirmation and another containing the access code.
①Copy the access code from the email containing the access code
The access code is included in the email.
Copy it exactly as shown.
②Click "Click here to access and download the document" in the confirmation email
③Enter the access code and click “Proceed” after agreeing to the Terms of Use
④Select the document
⑤Click "Download"
The original file is a PDF with an electronic signature and timestamp.
Be sure to download and save the data for your records.
