郵便の受取方法
IMPREST STAY Tokyo Kamataでは、滞在中に郵便の受取が可能です。
ただし、郵便ポストは1階エントランスにある共同ポストとなりますためスタッフが週2回各お部屋にお届けにあがります。
お早目の受取をご希望の場合には、お問合せまたは各メッセージよりご連絡ください。
ご連絡いただいてから原則次の朝10時までにお届けにあがります。
当日のお受け取りをご希望の場合、朝8時～12時のあいだにてご連絡ください。
How to receive your mail
IMPREST STAY Tokyo Kamata allows you to receive mail during your stay.
However, the mailbox is located at the entrance on the first floor, and our staff will deliver mail to each room twice a week.
If you wish to receive your mail earlier, please contact us or send us a message.
As a rule, we will deliver by 10:00 a.m. the next morning after you contact us.
If you wish to pick up your order on the same day, please contact us between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm.
宅配便の受取方法
IMPREST STAY Tokyo Kamataでは、宅配の受取が可能です。
無人ホテルとなりますため、フロント経由でのお渡しではなく直接宅配スタッフがお部屋までお届けに上がります。
またご到着前にお荷物を手配される場合、必ずチェックイン後に配達されるようご予定を調節ください。
チェックイン前の場合、前のお客様が誤ってお受け取りされる場合がございます。
宅配を依頼される場合、オートロックがございますのでそれぞれの部屋番号を下記のように変更ください。
※お部屋番号が不明の場合、お問合せください。
How to Receive Delivery Service
IMPREST STAY Tokyo Kamata offers a delivery service.
As an unmanned hotel, our staff will deliver your luggage directly to your room, not through the front desk.
If you arrange for your luggage to be delivered prior to your arrival, please be sure to schedule it for delivery after check-in.
If you request a delivery before check-in, it may be picked up by mistake by the previous guest.
