スマートフォンで翻訳される場合は、事前にアプリをダウンロードしておくと便利です。

Google翻訳を用いた翻訳手順 / Translation Steps Using Google Translate
1. 翻訳したい部分を保存する / Save the section you want to translate
受け取ったPDFや画像を開き、翻訳したい箇所をスクリーンショット（画面キャプチャ）で端末に保存します。
Open the received PDF or image, and save a screenshot of the section you want to translate to your device.
2. Google翻訳を開く / Open Google Translate
ウェブブラウザ（SafariやGoogle Chromeなど）でGoogle翻訳のサイトにアクセスするか、スマートフォンなどで「Google翻訳」アプリを起動します。
Access the Google Translate website via a web browser (such as Safari or Google Chrome), or launch the "Google Translate" app on your device.
3. 画像を読み込んで翻訳する / Upload the image and translate
翻訳メニューから「画像」を選択し、手順1で保存したスクリーンショットをアップロード（選択）して翻訳を行います。
Select "Images" from the translation menu, upload the screenshot saved in step 1, and translate it.
