T-21:After starting  chemSHERPAdata entry support tool, a pop-up screen saying "IAA has stopped working" is displayed and the tool is forced to close.(Release date: 20240129)

It is presumed that a memory access violation occurs in the Windows basic part (kernel) due to an error in the Windows external operating environment (.net) used by the chemSHERPA input support tool.

The cause may be that an Explorer shell extension that does not work on 64-bit is used, or that the Windows file is corrupted. Therefore, please update your Windows OS to the latest version and try again.
