In this case, there is an error in the way the chemSHERPA input support tool is started.
When you double-click a chemSHERPA data file to launch the input support tool, ToolVersion:1.00 may be launched. However, this product cannot be started because its expiration date has passed.
The correct way to start is to double-click the Article.exe file and start the chemSHERPAdata entry support tool first.
