Apply an LS bell hammer to the attrition surface of the shutter and raise or lower it about 4 to 5 times to gradually reduce the weight.
If you apply it to only one of the hoisting shafts, the balance will be lost and you will have a problem. Be sure to use it on both of them at the same time.
