If grease separates and a large amount of oil flows out, is it better to replenish the stock solution?

In summer and high temperatures, the base oil may overflow and a large amount of oil may come out.
Even if the stock solution is not added, there is no problem in performance and the lubricating effect can be maintained under the same conditions.
