Bell Hammer Metal Grease is a high-performance grease that combines mineral oil with metal-based solid lubricants (copper, graphite, molybdenum, etc.). It does not contain organic solvents or strong acids or alkalis, and is highly compatible with general resin materials.
PA66 (polyamide 66) has excellent heat resistance and oil resistance, but please note the following points.
• Prolonged contact with mineral oil at high temperatures may cause degradation or embrittlement.
• At the current operating temperature of approximately 95°C, there is likely to be little mid-term impact, but caution is advised if temperatures rise due to operation at 20,000 rpm.
Additionally, the following concerns exist at ultra-high speeds of 20,000 rpm:
• Centrifugal force may cause metal particles to accumulate unevenly, leading to inconsistent lubrication.
• Softening or dispersion of grease may cause interference with surrounding components.
• High shear conditions may result in oil separation or performance changes.
Considering the above, we recommend conducting a test application and regular inspections prior to actual use.
