As you pointed out, both the 1997 model Vino and the 2021 model Burgman 200ABS use a dry centrifugal clutch, which separates the engine oil from the clutch.
Therefore, adding Belscooter to the engine oil or final gear oil will not adversely affect the clutch.
As there are actual usage examples for the Vino, the Burgman 200ABS can also be used with confidence if it has the same mechanism.
