I currently add 10% Bell Hammer Gold to the engine oil of my Honda Lead 125. I believe Bell Hammer 7 is also usable—could you explain the difference and which one is recommended?

If you are currently satisfied with Gold, continued use is recommended. However, trying Bell Hammer 7 during the next oil change and comparing the results is also a good option.
