LS Bell Hammer Gold is an extreme pressure lubricant that can be added to engine oil for both gasoline and diesel engines. We understand that you have seen information online stating that it cannot be used with diesel engines, but we do not impose such restrictions on its use.
However, diesel engines have high torque and high compression characteristics, which place significant stress on moving parts. In particularly harsh conditions, the specially designed “Bellhammer Diesel” may be a more suitable choice. If you are planning long-distance driving or heavy-duty use, please also consider that option.
The recommended addition rate is 5–10% of the total oil volume. For the Demio 1500 Diesel's oil capacity (approximately 4.2 liters), one 80ml bottle is sufficient.
Note that adding this product does not significantly alter engine characteristics; its primary purpose is to enhance performance through wear reduction, improved quietness, and enhanced responsiveness. For cleanliness and soot prevention, performance depends on the oil's inherent properties, so we recommend using it in combination with high-quality base oil.
