Both LS Bell Hammer Grease (cartridge type) and Gold Grease provide excellent extreme-pressure lubrication and metal protection.

For the bolt and other moving parts of automatic firearms, No.0 is generally more suitable than the standard hardness No.2. No.2 offers high retention and resists flowing off, but may feel heavy in fast and delicate firearm mechanisms. No.0 is softer and more penetrative, making it better suited for smooth firearm operation, especially in low-temperature environments such as winter.
