・Even on steel sliding surfaces without Turcite lining, its extreme-pressure film smooths the surface and sustains long-term stable lubrication.
Usage method
・Product: LS Bell Hammer Gold (concentrate)
・Procedure:
1. Initially, apply a thin, even coat of the concentrate directly to the slideway surface.
2. After stabilization, add about 5% of LS Bell Hammer Gold to the hydrostatic oil (viscosity No.10).
・Reapplication interval: Check performance after 1–2 weeks initially, then reapply during monthly maintenance.
・Note: Avoid exceeding 10% additive ratio, as it may increase oil viscosity.
Technical note
In hydrostatic lubrication systems, oil film thickness is typically stable, but at ultra-low speeds or during stop/restart cycles, momentary film disruption can occur—causing friction fluctuation and stick-slip.
LS Bell Hammer Gold’s rapid reformation of its protective film makes it particularly effective in minimizing these transient friction changes.
