Formulation design
Bell Hammer Diesel is formulated as a low-ash additive.
It minimizes the generation of post-combustion ash, significantly reducing the risk of DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) clogging.
Additive elements such as zinc (Zn) and phosphorus (P)—which are common causes of ash buildup—are kept to extremely low levels, making the product safe for DPF-equipped vehicles.
Compatibility with DPF systems
Field use in DPF-equipped diesel engines has shown:
・No negative impact on DPF regeneration cycles
・No increase in filter clogging tendency
Even under high-load or long-distance driving, it maintains strong oil film stability and wear protection.

・Product: Bell Hammer Diesel
・Dosage: About 5% of the total engine oil volume
