There is a trace of liquid leakage near the seam between the body and the bottom of a Bell Hammer spray can I purchased earlier. Is it still safe to use? Also, how should I dispose of it?

If there are traces of leakage on the can, internal pressure loss or deterioration of the contents may have occurred.
For safety reasons, do not use the spray.
