Reason T-MAX is not compatible
The Yamaha T-MAX uses a special setup that combines a dry centrifugal clutch with a CVT (belt drive).
Because its clutch components are not lubricated by engine oil, Bell Scooter cannot form its intended lubricating film and may alter the friction characteristics of the dry clutch, risking malfunction. For this reason, it is listed as a non-compatible model.
Compatibility with Tricity 125
The Tricity 125, on the other hand, uses a standard wet-type clutch with a CVT, where the drive system is lubricated by engine oil.
Therefore, Bell Scooter can be used safely and effectively on this model.
Usage and dosage
・Add 5–10 % of the total engine-oil capacity.
・After adding, let the engine run or ride for several minutes to circulate the oil and allow the lubricating film to stabilize.
