Bell Hammer can be used on metal sliding parts such as weight roller contact areas and clutch bearing surfaces. However, do not apply it to the drive belt or any pulley surfaces where the belt contacts, as this can cause belt slip.

When applying to weight rollers, use only a very thin film. Excess grease can be thrown outward by centrifugal force, so “lightly rubbed in” is the correct amount.
