Regarding the use of “Bell Hammer 7” in the gear case (final gear) of PCX (JK05), although this product was developed as an additive for engine oil, there is no problem with its use in the gear case.
Bellhammer 7" has the property of forming a strong lubricating film on sliding metal parts, and is expected to improve lubrication, reduce noise, and protect the gear case.
However, please note the following points:
・As the volume of gear case oil is very small, please limit the amount of oil added to a very small amount (about a few cc).
・As a general guideline, the range is 5 to 10% or less of the original specified oil (gear oil, etc.).
・Please be careful of viscosity changes due to oil volume control or excessive addition. Please be careful not to change the viscosity by controlling the amount of oil or adding too much oil.
As a supplement, we recommend adding a small amount of Bellhammer 7 to the gear oil, if possible, because the use of high-viscosity grease or special gear oil is fundamental to the structure of the gear case.
