I usually do not drive at high speeds and do mostly city driving, but in this case, would the Bellhammer Seven be better than the Bellhammer Phantom?

I purchased LS Bell Hammer Grease 0 and 2.
When I check the properties table, I don't see any significant difference.
Please let us know how we should use the two different types.
My current use is to lubricate spiral miter gears that are under extreme loads.
