Regarding the application of our Bell Hammer Spray and Bell Hammer GOLD Spray to metal surfaces with hard lubrication coatings, there are generally no issues.
Both products are formulated to have minimal impact on common surface treatments such as fluoropolymer coatings and anodizing.
However, please keep the following points in mind:
Depending on the type of surface treatment, coating thickness, and surface finish, initial spreading and film adhesion of the product may vary.
In the case of Tufram-treated surfaces in particular, if the surface is very dense, lubricant adhesion and durability may be affected. We recommend performing a test application on a non-visible area beforehand.
If water repellency or beading is observed after application, residual processing oils or cleaning agents on the surface may be the cause.
In such cases, we recommend degreasing the surface before applying the product.
