【On Time-Dependent Changes in Frictional Resistance】
Currently, our company maintains internal test data on initial lubrication performance and durability (wear resistance) of each product using tribological testing equipment such as the SRV tester and Four-ball tester.
However, we regret to inform you that we do not yet have fully developed quantitative data specifically focused on time-dependent changes in frictional resistance under real-use conditions, as in your inquiry.
That said, through tests conducted during product development and evaluations by some of our partner companies, the following trends have been observed:
- Initial reduction in friction due to lubricating film formation on metal surfaces
- Sustained lubricating film over time, maintaining stable sliding performance
These characteristics have been especially well-regarded under high-load and high-speed conditions, where the oil film is less likely to break down.
